GENERAL POLICIES AND REGULATIONS

Below are the terms and conditions that apply to Wilimedia buyers. Please read the entire agreement carefully before participating.

Once you have registered to participate on Wilimedia, we will assume that you have read and agree to all terms set forth in this agreement.

We may change our policies at any time and Wilimedia will not notify individual buyers, so please return to this page frequently for the latest policy updates.

I. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

The customer's login account will be locked when the customer performs one of the following actions:

  • In case a customer shares his/her personal account with an organization, the account will be permanently locked, the act of sharing the account will be handled as prescribed above and the organization illegally using the account will have to compensate for damages according to the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law in effect at the time of the violation of copyright and other rights related to the author.
  • The customer is responsible for keeping his/her password secure and manageable. If the customer forgets his/her password, the customer accesses the link: wilimedia.com/password/email  to reset password. customer need to fill email registered on website wilimedia.com to reset your password.

IV. TRANSACTION PROCESS

1. Buyer Process

When you need to buy videos on the website wilimedia.com The buyer follows these steps:

VI. MANAGING BAD INFORMATION

  • Customers are strictly prohibited from performing any of the following actions:
  • Posting information that is contrary to Vietnamese and international laws, infringes on the rights of third parties, and is contrary to the regulations posted on the websitewilimedia.com;
  • Unauthorized use of another person's account, posts, or transactions;
  • Posting content that is misleading, inaccurate, distorted, fraudulent or violates Legal Regulations;
  • Send spam

VII. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

1. Rights of the Board of Directors

All symbols and contents in different languages are owned by the Board of Directors. All acts of copying, using and illegally disseminating the above ownership rights are strictly prohibited.

The right to change the price of videos and payment methods to suit the needs and development direction of the website wilimedia.com as well as the Board of Directors.

The right to not refund the video purchase price in all cases where the customer commits an act of violation and has their account locked according to the regulations posted on the websitewilimedia.com

2. Responsibilities of the Board of Directors

Ensure the authenticity of information about videos posted on the website wilimedia.com.

Comply with the provisions of law on payment, advertising, promotion, protection of intellectual property rights, protection of consumer rights and other relevant provisions of law when selling goods or providing services.

VIII. CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Customer responsibilities

Do not perform any action(s) that affects or/and discredits the website.wilimedia.com in any form such as: causing disunity among customers, propagating, disseminating false information, and defaming the Board of Directors.

IX. TERMS OF USE

The Policies and regulations are effective from the time they are posted by the Board of Directors on the website wilimedia.com. The Board of Directors has the right to adjust and change the content of the Policies/Regulations to suit the practical operation and is responsible for notifying customers before applying them by publicly posting them on the website.wilimedia.com. The amended/supplemented policies/regulations take effect 2 hours after being posted on the website wilimedia.com. The customer's continued use of the video after the revised Regulations are published and come into effect means that the customer has accepted this revised Policy/Regulations.
